Athena Notice that it is possible to change without a great deal of agony! Some illusions are more powerful than others, but illusions still. One of the greatest illusions is that you could ever truly be in trouble. As you approach the ascension of this planet you need to let go of all the illusions. The chaos simply brings up the illusions so you can let them go--simply a means to an end. I would have all of you be kinder to yourselves. I see you hurting yourselves to no purpose--serving no end.

Pele' Enjoy this land in all its phases--enjoy the mud between your toes. Before you take on "caring for the world" first start with yourself. It is not your job to hold someone else's head emotionally above water. Do not invest in the illusion before you. You need to allow others their own process to deal with their issues. All life is life. Everything is alive. Plants and bugs too. Does that mean we would be punished for killing a bug? Do you really think that punishment is what we are about?
Lady Nada Tell us of yourself. I am sweetness in all things. I bring focus on sweetness--do not confuse sweetness with weakness, for there is a power in sweetness that most overlook. I love roses, especially the red rose--it is so full of life. Energy follows thought. That said, I realize that controlling one's thoughts is one of the hurdles for human beings, for the mind has no wish to be harnessed. Is there a way of treating each other that we may have overlooked? To look at each other as a "most precious gift" and appreciate each as such.
Lady Rene' The best thing you can do for anyone is "just love them." Don't confuse yourself as the mask you wear over the reality of who you are.
Isis In the upcoming days things may appear to be turning upside down—things that you have been taught and always believed to be true are going to be shown to be only illusions or fallacies. In these times, look to your own hearts to know truth and to find your own safety and balance.

The Council through Katherine There are people who are catalysts who will be triggering things in others, much to their dismay. This is to give people the opportunity to grow. This doesn't mean that they will choose to grow, but it will be presented in front of them. And those of you who are catalysts are going to find out that you will, all of a sudden, be coming across people and they will just start going-off. You will wonder what the heck is going on. What this is, you are being the catalyst--you are giving the other person a chance to clear something out. This is a good thing, but at the time it will not feel good to either of you. This is indeed an opportunity of growth. Not a guarantee, but a real opportunity. All that you are being asked for at this time is to increase your light and your vibration. How do you do this? With more love and joy and if along the way you help even one person to step out of fear and back into love, you have indeed done a great body of work. What you are being asked to do now is very simple. You try to turn it into something difficult, but it is indeed very simple. In the coming days so much of what you think that you knew, thought and were taught--a lot of this is going to be turned upside down. You will find out that what you have been told for years just isn't true or that it is an illusion. It will indeed push your edges to go into your own heart and to trust the truth that you feel there. There you will find truth. There you will find your security. And be open for things not to necessarily be the way you have always viewed them. Any time that you can get still enough to see the unique beauty in a person, plant, crystal, animal, even a mouse, it will allow you to go past fear, have more openness in communication and allows peace, forgiveness, love and healing to flourish. Each of you carries the portal or doorway to ascension--it is your own heart. When the time of ascension is here, go into a meditative state and allow the essence of you to pass through your own pulsating heart. The more you relax, the faster you will pass through the portal.
